Biography:

I grew up with my grandmother knowing that she was my direct biological mother. She always told me about God and the story of creation.

My vocation story started when I was between the ages 7-9 years old, after I watched the movie The Passion of the Christ. So touched by Jesus. I told my grandmother that I will become another Jesus. My childhood understanding of this statement was that I was to become the real Jesus himself. Unfortunately for me, she told I cannot become Jesus. I didn’t understand her, but I kept thinking of how I can identify myself with Jesus who suffered terribly for me as the movie presented. One day at a Sunday Mass I heard the priest talking about Jesus. Then I decided that this is the kind of person I want to become. I shared my new decision with my grandmother, and she consented. This is what I told everyone who asked me what I would like to become in the future, including my teachers at school.
