Vespers, Benediction, and Reception in Honor of Bishop Deeley
Sunday, April 14 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
The Diocese of Portland will host the celebration of Evening Prayer (Vespers) and Benediction followed by a reception to honor Bishop Robert P. Deeley as he completes 10 years of service as the 12th Bishop of Portland.
Evening Prayer will begin at 5:30 pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, Bartlett and Ash Streets, Lewiston. Evening Prayer will conclude with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. A light reception will immediately follow in the lower level of the basilica.
Both Evening Prayer and the reception are open to the public.
