2024-2025 School Counselor (2/5 position)

St. Thomas School in Sanford, Maine is seeking a school counselor with a faithful approach to supporting students’ emotional and social needs for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a 2/5 position. The successful candidate will design and implement an exceptional school counseling program that aligns with ASCA National Standards and includes a balance of direct instruction, individual and group sessions, and crisis response as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in counseling or similar field
Must hold or be eligible for a valid State of Maine certificate in counseling
Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, parents, community, and school personnel
