Executive Director

St. Martin’s de Porres Residence has an immediate opening for an Executive Director. This full-time position is responsible for the overall management and coordinator of activities involved in the day-to-day operations of this ministry.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and administrating programs, developing and implementing an annual fundraising strategy, preparing and adhering to the annual budget, personnel (volunteer and paid) oversight and training, ensuring that the mission and purpose are accomplished.  Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in human services or at least four years of experience with no degree.
