The Business Coordinator/Bookkeeper is responsible for the day-to-day office management at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish as well as the bookkeeping function. This full-time position is responsible for creating and monitoring the budget, providing the necessary financial information to the parish’s finance councils, ensuring proper internal controls, administers parish business operations, maintaining accurate recordkeeping, and oversees major repairs.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, 5 years of office management experience preferred, and knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church. Active practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
