On the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, a Rosary Rally and procession will be hosted by Holy Trinity Church.

Directors of music, cantors, and volunteer choir members from around New England will gather at Sacred Heart Church in Yarmouth on October 12-14 for a three-day workshop that will offer an enriching and transformative experience including the fundamentals of singing, music theory and structure, cantor training, and even introduction to chant.

St. John Vianney Parish will hold a Harvest Supper on Sunday, October 15, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at St. Louis Church, 26 East Main Street in Fort Kent.

The 15th Harvest Ball is set for Friday, October 20, at the Holiday Inn By the Bay on 88 Spring Street in Portland. The ball, hosted by Bishop Robert Deeley, will include a social hour, silent auction, dinner, the music of The Carmine Band, and great company.

The celebration of Mass and the opportunity for confession will be followed by presentations by Devin Schadt focusing on the themes of “Your Greatest Battle,” “Your Greatest Weapon,” and “Your Summons to Sacrifice: On Being a Husband and Being a Father.”
