St. Michael School students

Choosing a school for your child is not an easy decision. If you are looking for a school committed to the values and philosophy of a Catholic education, academic excellence and spiritual development, look to St. Michael Catholic School. With more than 180 students in preschool through 8th grade, we offer an outstanding academic experience while integrating faith, dignity and respect into each areas of our students’ daily lives.

St. Michael School was founded in 2007, after two Catholic schools with a rich history in our area, St. Augustine and St. Mary, joined forces. By building on the strengths of each of these schools, St. Michael School has become an educational home to hundreds of students who have thrived in our growing environment, dedicated to promoting academic excellence and spiritual development in the context of the teachings of the Catholic Church.

To ensure our students are prepared for high school, college and beyond, St. Michael School offers a rigorous curriculum, close relationships with parents to embrace each student’s individual differences, dedicated and highly qualified teachers, and strong commitment to helping students realize their Christ-guided place in the world. We are a family, using the lessons we learned from Jesus Christ to focus on ways to help one another. We hope you will join our family!

Our Mission

Partnering with parents, community and our parish, St. Michael School provides opportunities for students to embrace a rigorous program of studies and practice, and to model strong faith through community outreach and activism. We realize that by embracing individual differences and creating a sense of mutual respect, compassion and understanding, we will instill in all students an enthusiasm for learning and a realization of their Christ-guided place in the world.

Our motto: Faith, Dignity, Respect

Faith

At St. Michael Catholic School, we work to give students the opportunity to fully develop the morals and core values essential to living a Christian life. Faith is incorporated in every classroom, every day. Jesus and a life of faith are part of our daily classroom discussions. We are proud of our Catholic identity and provide a strong foundation to students by focusing on religious instruction, Mass, prayer and an emphasis on living by faith, dignity and respect. Our students show faith with a strong belief in God and the doctrines of the Catholic Church, dignity by knowing all others have a quality of being worthy of honor and respect through deep admiration for someone or something.
