Sister Terry Gauvin, SCIM

Sister Terry Gauvin, a native of Biddeford, entered the SCIM/Good Shepherd community in 1966. She graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. She earned a master's degree in Administration from Boston College and also holds a license as an associate social worker.

Sister Terry ministered at St. Ann’s Home for emotionally disturbed children in Methuen MA, and at St. Andre Home for women in need in Biddeford. She is a former principal at St. Joseph School in Biddeford, Sacred Hearts School in Bradford, MA, and youth minister at St. John Parish in South Portland. Recently, Sr. Terry was campus minister at Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA and then the Director of Faith Life at St. Patrick Parish in Pelham, NH.

She is now lives in Biddeford and is the Provincial of the American Province of SCIM’s. Connect with peers from other parishes.
