Saint James School is looking for a part-time music teacher that would teach general music to students from preschool through grade eight. Classes currently range in size from eight students to eighteen students.

There is a fully stocked music room with an interactive whiteboard, a class set of ukeleles and keyboards, boomwhackers, and a plethora of used band instruments to lend out. If a decision is reached early, we can accommodate the candidates' schedule on whether the classes would be full days or if they are half days, in the morning or in the afternoon. 

This job would cover about 18-20 hours a week.  Saint James uses the Hartford curriculum.  The job also entails leading students in Christmas songs for the Christmas pageant and leading a concert during March in conjunction with the art teacher for Art and Music in our Schools.

Saint James School is a small Catholic school located in the heart of Biddeford. Saint James has a supportive staff that helps one other and has a positive working environment.
